Terms & Conditions

By commissioning Kaeni (Artist), it means that the Client agrees to all the Terms & Conditions.

General Terms

1. The client will receive a copy of the illustration via Email (Within a google drive to retain the image quality.), both in. JPG and hi-res .PNG.2. Custom commission may differ from the prices posted in the commission options.3. Visual reference (such as reference picture/color palettes for layout design) is very much appreciated.4. Requesting to mimic other artists' art styles will immediately be rejected. All of the samples found on my portfolio will be the only style I'll create.5. If the artist is unable to finish the artwork due to unexpected circumstances (such as sudden heavy school work or personal problems), a full refund will be given back to the customer.6. I have the right to reject any commission request if the request is out of my reach.

Turn Around

1. Please do not rush the request since I also have other responsibilities such as my studies.2. Turnaround time can vary from a 1 to 3 Weeks. However, if there is a delay I will update the client. (Please commission me if you're willing to wait)3. Progress reports will be provided and they will be sent via customers' social media accounts or email.

Copyright

1. The artist still owns the artwork and any kind of reselling is strictly prohibited.2. Do not tamper with the watermark that includes the artist's signature (The size can be made smaller if requested by the client).3. You are not allowed to post the commission request since it is only allowed for "Personal Use" (Except for Profile Photo Illustrations).4. However, you are only allowed to post the artwork if and only if, it is for "Commercial Use".5. I have the right to post WIPs or finished artworks on my portfolio as a sample. I will fully respect the client's decision if they were to prohibit me from posting it.

Payment Method

1. I will only be accepting payments via Stripre & Venmo.2. Inquire via email for further questions.3. Please do not send me any payment before I have informed you that I have accepted the request.4. Commissions can be paid split. 50% will be paid upfront and the other 50% after sketch approval.5. Down payment will not be refunded if the customer decided to cancel the comms request.

Artwork Do's & Don'ts

Artwork Do's:
- Portrait provided by the client
- Original Character (OC)
- Fan Art (Cartoon, Anime, VTubers, etc)Artwork Dont's:
- NSFW
- Mecha
- Furry (Animals in general)
- Gore
- Other artist's art style

Additional Cost

1. Complexity:
- Detailed Characters
- Background
- Additional Characters
- Detailed Design (for Layout Design)2. Business Use:
The additional cost will be discussed with the client since it will be based on the intention of usage of art when it comes to using it for commerce.3. "Minor" Revision: ($15)
After the commission has been revised the 2nd time, there will be an additional cost.
